Afternoon Teas have vastly become the trending way to dine. Our set afternoon tea box can come frozen allowing for logistical ease whilst maintaining the quality one would expect from such an exquisite treat.  However, inevitably our standard box fit for four, consisting of a variety of miniature desserts in quadruplets, is not suitable to the needs of all our clientele. Keith Clash Head chef at The Exchange is gloriously passionate about what he serves and rightly so. Keith approached ourselves seeking bespoke elements which would fit into his already successful afternoon tea selection. Priding ourselves on offering flexibility and providing solutions our patisserie chefs seamlessly crafted a handful of quality tortes, tarts and sponges. These particular desserts can now be enjoyed as part of an afternoon tea experience in one of Cardiff's most resplendent and impressive venues. The process is constantly evolving as we continue to work with Keith and the team of chefs at The Exchange to consistently provide fresh and tasteful elements to maintain a refreshing and indulgent experience.
