The Vale Resort

Our bespoke solutions take a chefs imaginative design and allow it to become a wholly unique item on their menu. Dean Milburn, Executive chef at the Vale resort, enquired into a white & milk chocolate stacked dessert for his approaching casino nights. Interestingly Dean had the vision of the dessert being finished to aptly replicate a black and white tie event. Our team of skilled and dedicated pastry chefs allow the new product development process to be as seamless as possible. Within 2 weeks a first sample was delivered directly to the team of chefs at the Vale Resort. Chefs need to have a sharp eye of perfection, the taste met the high standards of production and our inventive take on how to achieve the desired appearance of a dinner jacket was credited. A request for a minor adjustment was made in asking that the bow tie was made more triangular. We sourced the equipment and slightly altered our method to make this possible. Our chocolate tuxedo’s as they are now listed, were fit for the Las Vegas themed nights encompassing both elegance and indulgence.
